Taking Chances World Tour
After nearly five record-breaking years, and over 700 (sold-out) shows of her "A New Day..." contract in Vegas, Celine is ready to see the world again. Her year-long Taking Chances World Tour will take her on a journey reaching five of our world's continents, and over 100 different cities.
A New Day...
A $90 million theatre (the Colisseum) was built especially for her. It first started out as a three-year contract with Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, but success got the better of the show and the contract was extended to five years. The show played five nights a week for five consecutive years and has been sold out every single night. On the evening of December 15, 2007, the show took its final bow, but has definitely marked its place in Vegas history.
